ジョウビタキ・タゲリなど / Daurian redstart, northern lapwing, etc.

I continued to take out the 500mm f5.6. The first day was rainy, so I could finally try it out without getting wet. I waited for it to appear from the bottom of the hill in the shrine and took this shot. I wondered if it would be a while before I would be able to see the daurian redstarts.

Pale thrush. It's a rather humble bird, but I quite like it because of its slightly dazed expression.

Each species of bird has a different level of alertness to people. There are also individual differences, and I feel that there is a wide variation, from some pale thrushes that won't let me approach them at all, to others that don't seem to care about anything.

Of course, there are birds that can only be found in the countryside, but in this respect, I envy the cities. I personally feel that the difference is more pronounced for ducks (is it because they have been targeted by guns?).

I thought I heard an unfamiliar voice, but it was a flock of northern lapwings.

They took off. It's hard to get a chance to photograph them up close.

A mysterious symbol on the mudflats. It also looks like a bird.
